BPO Services Provider Expands Philippine Operations

According to CEO of CSS Nick Sharma, the Philippines has friendly Government policies, high quality talent pool, and robust infrastructures that help in optimizing BPO clients’ investments. The firm has made it a point to implement practices that allow it to enhance its client’s revenue streams. The BPO firm, in turn, hires more employees as the clients see the advantages of outsourcing in the Philippines and move jobs to the country.
