- Property developer Filinvest plans to expand its facilities to accommodate more IT and BPO companies. Filinvest-owned Northgate Cyberzone has two medium-rise buildings under construction, while seven more buildings are expected to be constructed in the future.

- Ayala-led Cebu Property Ventures has announced that it will be constructing two more buildings at the Asiatown IT Park in Cebu to house more BPO companies.

- Property developer Florete Land, Inc. is currently constructing Plazuela de Iloilo, a mixed-use commercial center which is envisioned to become Iloilo’s business hub. The complex is expected to house not only BPO firms but also small and medium businesses.
